The Fitbit One Wireless Activity Tracker is an easy way to keep track of your daily activities.

I bought this product about 8 months ago and have used it every day.

I work in the steel industry and had been looking for a way to keep track of my activity while walking around work. The rubber case adds traction to the clip so that I can clip it to my shirt collar and not worry about losing it while I’m climbing cranes or doing other work. It stays put day and night there.

The push button on the top is very hardy and feels high quality for such a small device. Push the button to access the individual tracking elements such as a step counter, stair counter, miles walked, calories burned. Hold the button to activate the sleep tracker. When the sleep tracker is active, it looks at how much you roll around while you sleep and can differentiate between tossing and turning a straight out walking (back and forth from the bathroom for instance). My only issue with this is that I almost always forget to turn it off in the morning. Again, I clip this to my shirt collar at night (it pretty much stays there all day and night).

It syncs to the internet and my Fitbit account through low power Bluetooth on my cell phone whenever I open the app. There is another way to do it constantly but that would drain the battery a little too fast for my tastes.

The battery lasts over a week between charges. It is very small, about 2.5 inches long, .75 inches wide, and very lightweight. I wear it all the time and pretty much forget that it is there.

It is a very resilient device; my dog has tried to chew it, and I’ve run it through the wash at least three times and it has suffered no ill side effects. I am very hard on this device.

When I break this device I will happily spend the money to purchase it again. It has stood up to everything I can throw at it through the normal course of my life.
