Fitbit Aria Review: Smart Scale

The Fitbit Aria Smart Scale is a recent addition to my dieting efforts.

At approximately 12.3 x 1.3 x 12.3 inches and weighing in at about 5 pounds, the Fitbit Aria is a necessary component in tracking any diet attempt.

Connecting to the Fitbit App (free smartphone app) via the WiFi in your house, it wirelessly uploads your information seconds after you weigh in.

Not only does it take measurements on weight, but it does body fat percentage and BMI calculations. All viewable and easily trendable via the website or phone app.

For me this seamlessness was indispensable as I hate to have to log anything if I can help it. This device in combination with the Fitbit One Activity Tracker and Fitbit App makes it extremely simple for me to keep it all together with minimal effort. With support for eight users, anyone in the family can use it as well. It’s uncanny how it detects the differences between people with no outside interference.

Fitbit One Review: Wireless Activity Tracker

The Fitbit One Wireless Activity Tracker is an easy way to keep track of your daily activities.

I bought this product about 8 months ago and have used it every day.

I work in the steel industry and had been looking for a way to keep track of my activity while walking around work. The rubber case adds traction to the clip so that I can clip it to my shirt collar and not worry about losing it while I’m climbing cranes or doing other work. It stays put day and night there.

The push button on the top is very hardy and feels high quality for such a small device. Push the button to access the individual tracking elements such as a step counter, stair counter, miles walked, calories burned. Hold the button to activate the sleep tracker. When the sleep tracker is active, it looks at how much you roll around while you sleep and can differentiate between tossing and turning a straight out walking (back and forth from the bathroom for instance). My only issue with this is that I almost always forget to turn it off in the morning. Again, I clip this to my shirt collar at night (it pretty much stays there all day and night).

I bought this toothbrush a while ago and have found that so far all the things this brush boasts have been true. In a matter of a few days my teeth felt better, and looked brighter… and this was only in a couple days.

I had bought this to help whiten my teeth after I had quit smoking. Man, did I pick correctly. Not only has it started whitening my teeth within a few days, but sometimes my gums would bleed a bit after brushing and flossing. I’ve noticed that they have almost completely stopped doing that.
