SurplusAmmo.com, what can I say? They did exactly everything they said they were going to and came through splendidly.
I recently put a purchase through their website for 880rds of Bulgarian 7.62x54r ammunition for my Mosin-Nagant rifle. By recently I mean at the end of last year, we’ll say November.
They did say that what I purchased was on back-order and that they would get to it as soon as they could. I waited a little while and then I got an email saying that their end of the year inventory count was done and all inventory on the website was current and correct. They would be filling orders as quickly as they could.
I got my order within 15 days of that email.
In short, as a consumer, I was very happy with the way they kept me informed on what was going on, the timeliness of the order and delivery (even though it was back-ordered), and the price of the product I purchased.
I would recommend (and have to many people) purchasing from these guys. They are standard and straight-forward.

I ordered an ‘Anderson Complete Lower/ that showed in stock and would ship in 1-3 days.
1 week later I called to inquire about my order and was told it would ship that day.
3 days later, UPS tracking showed it was entered. 2 weeks later it was received.
Only thing ‘Anderson’ was the lower receiver. The rest wasn’t even mil-spec, but commercial (had to send back my stock and other parts). All Surplus Ammo parts were ‘sub’ bargan basement. Also 3 weeks to deliver ant 2x shipping charge.
I should have bought PSA and saved the headache of replacing half the components for a 1/2 way decent build.
I DO NOT recommend for service OR quality of merchandise.
